Utopia Swinger's Club

Utopia was an 18th Century building, previously used as a health spa. (It's believed the original reason for sauna room, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi area.) Which was later transformed into a couples swinging club from 2004 to 2007. The building had a number of differently themed rooms for their members, which included most notably the large dungeons. When abandoned in 2007 much of the building was furnished and intact. But unfortunately since then the club has been vandalized, a fire was started at the club in April 2018, causing massive structural damage. The five arsonists were arrested promptly. Most of the rooms upstairs are now inaccessible due to the damage, and some of the rooms, such as themed doctors room, 'The Red room' and other 'attractions' have been completely destroyed.

The whole building was incredibly dark, with a lot of rubble and crumbling ceilings. Not the greatest for pictures I'm afraid! But be sure to check out our channel on YouTube for a full walk through.
